receive a refund request, we take a prompt action to resolve
the dispute of refund. Refund appears on the buyer’s
next credit card statement.
The Refund Request Form may be used either by buyers requesting
a refund or by product suppliers requesting a refund for their
customers.
If you are dissatisfied with our product due to a damaged
weave and/or irregular dyeing, please return the product within
7 days ex your country and we will grant a refund. Returned
good(s) has/have to be unused.
We are not responsible if a product does not match with a
color of your wardrobe, unless you explicitly mention its
Textile Pantone color Edition with Suffix and Number.
Please make sure you send goods to Nepal by FedEx or DHL courier
