Refunds are available within 1 week of product purchase by submitting a Refund RequestForm to refund@pashminaz.com. Whenever we receive a refund request, we take a prompt action to resolve the dispute of refund. Refund appears on the buyer’s next credit card statement.

The Refund Request Form may be used either by buyers requesting a refund or by product suppliers requesting a refund for their customers.

If you are dissatisfied with our product due to a damaged weave and/or irregular dyeing, please return the product within 7 days ex your country and we will grant a refund. Returned good(s) has/have to be unused.

We are not responsible if a product does not match with a color of your wardrobe, unless you explicitly mention its Textile Pantone color Edition with Suffix and Number.

Please make sure you send goods to Nepal by FedEx or DHL courier service.
